High-value post-harvest processed products fully compliant with FDA and Halal certification standards.

At the farm level, fresh produce is carefully selected and pre-sorted during harvest.
Products are then brought to the central facility for secondary classification to ensure full compliance with export quality standards (EU, USA, China, Middle East, etc.).

PRODUCTION PROCESS

Market Grading

Qualified products are distributed to target export markets according to each importer’s standards.
Agricultural by-products and non-exportable fruits are separated for further processing and value enhancement.

Post-harvest Packaging

Products are standardized, labeled, and packed according to export specifications, ensuring freshness, cleanliness, and food safety throughout logistics.

R&D for Deep Agricultural Processing

Agricultural by-products are transferred to Tathaco’s R&D Lab for deep processing innovation—developing products such as dragon fruit jam, juice, snacks, and powder.
The goal is to maximize local agricultural value, reduce waste, and promote a circular economy.
